Forced Draft Degasifier
Removal of undesired gases, such as carbon dioxide and hydrogen from process waters. Water sprayed onto a packing tower flows down through the packing while air is forced up-flow, scrubbing out the dissolved gases. Forced draft degasification can reduce neutralization costs, reduce loads on demineralizer systems, and eliminate odors from process waters.
